"Les Grillons" campsite in the French Hautes-Alpes stands at a height of 850, 3 km away from Embrun and 2 km away from the Serre-Ponçon lake and Embrun's adjoining artificial lake. 
This large, friendly campsite (95 spaces) is very shady. With warmed swimming pools, tennis courts, a football pitch, a volleyball court, a boules court, a kiddies games area and many facilities, it is very peaceful, offering nonetheless many activities.

The region of Serre-Ponçon bathes in a healthy mountain climate, combined with the warm mediterranean air, with lakes offering water sports alongside the joys of mountain activities. 
300 days of sunshine per year, pure air, a preserved natural environment – this is what's on the programme. Standing on theoutskirts of the Ecrins National Nature Reserve and also of the Queyras Regional Park, the campsite is like the surrounding area – totally natural.Nearby is the beautiful historical town of Embrun (6 000 inhabitants), lying between Gap and Briançon.
